Stanley Yeo (MR) Stanley Yeo has more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. In the early stages of his career, he specialized in the industrial sector, focusing on the western end of Singapore. Stanley provided advisory services to many companies who are seeking to purchase JTC factories in Singapore. The service was a well sought after by many multinational companies who were unfamiliar with the rules and regulations of the Jurong Town Corporation – The largest industrial landowner in Singapore. Due to his extensive and in-depth knowledge about the users for such factories, numerous developers have singled him out to provide design implementation consultancy for their new projects. His foresight in design implementation has created an overwhelming response to the pre-sales of these projects as he acutely adapted the end-users’ requirement for such business space. With this strong expertise, Stanley has also secured foreign investor’s confidence to joint venture with local developers for large industrial projects, one of it is Northstar@AMK with a total project value of S$250million.
